Our engagement in all cases is neutral, with a focus on listening carefully to all parties involved and assisting in reaching a meaningful, non-partial resolution. Mediation hearings can be held in an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) office within the courthouse, in a law office, or in a venue selected by our office.
